Description

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Advisor to be based in our office in Copenhagen/Østerbro.

PURPOSE
Provide support and guidance to less experienced members of an HR team in their day-to-day operational roles.
Support the continuous improvement of the HR function, through development and implementation for all HR programs in an assigned geography or assigned business line. With limited guidance, provide HR support to employees and management across assigned service areas, business units, or departments. As HR Business Partner, with guidance, provide expertise, support and advice to assigned management teams either locally, regionally, globally or by function.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop strong and effective team relationships with HR specialist functions/Centers of Excellence, e.g., HRPSC, Finance PSC.
Support line managers in the process of new employee orientation where appropriate.
Conduct ad hoc reviews as directed and propose recommendations in handling employment legislation, compliance, HR systems, practices and procedures and, with guidance, provide support and education to line management.
Participate as assigned, with minimal supervision, in working with senior HR team members in the day-to-day development and implementation of new local and global HR initiatives.
Ensuring that all payroll data is inputted accurately and in line with deadlines
Work with more experienced HR team members on organizational effectiveness and HR partnering change management efforts associated with reorganizations, mergers/acquisitions and transfers to ensure compliance to local legislation.
Provide reports and analyses as requested by senior management.
Support line managers in the recruitment and selection process where appropriate.
Operate as first point of contact for HR-related queries and work in conjunction with senior members of the HR team and line management on issues.

Qualifications

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Extensive knowledge of local and relevant employment legislation
Previous working experience in payroll
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and ideally HRIS applications (e.g. PeopleSoft, Workday)
Excellent problem solving, judgment and decision making skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good presentation skills
Good coaching and counseling skills and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients
Very high degree of discretion and confidentiality and strong attention to detail
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and plan routine activities
Good ability to work in a matrix environment

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree or educational equivalent and 3 years’ experience within an HR function as a HR Generalist/HR Business Partner or combination of generalist and specialist experience for Denmark or other countries of the Nordic region.
Fluent Danish and English language skills

Job Description

Principal Responsibilities:

You will participate in and/support the development and delivery of client projects and internal projects by:
• Performing quantitative and qualitative analyses to aid the development of recommendations; exercise informed business judgment in identifying the correct approach to client issues.
• Contributing to internal brainstorming sessions to develop project methodology and innovation recommendations.
• Contributing to the preparation, execution and follow up of client meetings and workshops.
• Conducting independent desk research and primary research to specific briefs using internal and external sources.
• Taking responsibility for creating sections of reports, presentations and other client deliverables, under supervision.
• Acquiring deep knowledge of IQVIA data sources and the broader Real World Data landscape.

Analysts will usually be staffed on 2-3 projects in parallel ensuring a broad exposure to the wide range of activities.

Requirements

• Proven analytical, interpretative and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills and an ability to build credibility with external and internal contacts.
• Good commercial awareness/business judgement and an interest in the healthcare / life sciences industry.
• Minimum undergraduate degree with a strong academic track record in life sciences, economics/business, and/or experience in the health care industry.
• Proven knowledge of Danish health care registers, Danish/EU data protection regulation and the research environment around Statistics Denmark, the Danish Patient Safety Agency (Patientsikkerhedsstyrelsen), and the Danish Health Data Agency (Sundhedsdatastyrelsen)
• Excellent conversational and business Danish and English (written and oral)
• Strong IT literacy e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel,
• Basic knowledge of programming (e.g. SAS and/or R)
• Good time management and organisational skills.

Role Purpose

Principal Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of epidemiology, pharmacoepidemiology, and drug safety studies and other related research projects.
• Drive overall project management and client management, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery of projects
• Lead project deliverables, including literature reviews, protocols, study reports, abstracts, manuscripts and slide decks, as appropriate.
• Lead business development activities including proposal development and client relationship building
• Drive specific research initiatives as needed.
• Ensure scientific rigour across all project aspects
• Contribute to communication strategies and present insights and perspectives to clients, internal training courses and conference presentations
• Contribute to the development of best practices in epidemiology and observational research and other internal initiatives to share information and build capacity.

Requirements

• MSc, PhD, MD (or equivalent) in epidemiology, outcomes research, health economics, public health, medicine or a relevant scientific field
• 5+ years work experience in related area such as pharmacoepidemiology, epidemiology, or health services research
• Commitment to working collaboratively and effectively with people of other disciplines to accomplish goals
• Good time management skills and programme acumen, to contribute to multiple projects with competing timelines
• Ability to meet short deadlines with high quality deliverables
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (including presentation and PowerPoint skills)
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)

Preferred Qualities

Principal Responsibilities:

• Planning, organising and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives.
• Executing high quality research and analysis.
• Designing, structuring and delivering client reports and presentations.
• Developing client relationships through face-to-face discussions, workshops, telephone and email contact.
• Providing expert guidance on RWE and the RWD landscape to junior colleagues.
• Supporting the development of proposals for new projects/commercial opportunities.
• Developing broader and deeper knowledge of consulting methodologies and the pharmaceutical market through on the job exposure and formal training.
• Building deep knowledge of QuintilesIMS data sources and further developing knowledge of the broader RWD landscape.

Requirements

• Proven experience in healthcare / life sciences or the Pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven experience in healthcare / life sciences with focus on strategic business case, product development and technical architecture.

Du kender til MS Azure og interesserer dig for de BI-muligheder platformen giver; herunder predictive analytics og AI. Vi arbejder med bleeding edge teknologi, hvilket giver os mulighed for at anvende de seneste buzzwords i hverdagen i de rette kontekster.

QuintilesIMS: en verden af muligheder

Du skal kunne se dig selv i en international organisation i rivende udvikling. QuintilesIMS er en af verdens førende virksomheder inden for farmaindustrien og behandling af store mængder data. I Danmark inkluderer virksomheden det tidligere BI konsulenthus Rehfeld. Med sammenlægningen har vi fået adgang til endnu mere viden, erfaring og teknologier, der giver os et utal af muligheder. Vejen fremad er ikke lagt fast. Der skal være plads til, at vores BI konsulenter er med til at vise os vejen. Din erfaring, dine ideer og indspark er derfor en del af denne proces.

Når du træder ind af døren…

…så ser du en skøn blanding af jakkesæt og striktrøjer, mænd og kvinder og ikke mindst høj faglighed som fællesnævner. Af og til har vi besøg af nogle af vores godt 50.000 kolleger fra QuintilesIMS, ligesom vi også selv får lejlighed til at besøge vores kolleger i udlandet. Du bliver derfor en del af en organisation, hvor der er mulighed for at være lokal og global på samme tid.
Når vi ikke arbejder, tager vi en velfortjent pause, en snak over bordet med en kollega eller får renset tankerne med en gåtur. Vi holder også en masse sociale arrangementer som f.eks. vores årlige Kick-offs, løbeklub, fredagsbarer, fælles morgenmad om fredagen, Tech-Talks og mange andre sjove tiltag.

Dit arbejdssted bliver på det 3-etagers kontor på Østerbro sammen med 60 kollegaer - dog bliver din siddeplads nok ikke den samme hver dag!

Arbejdsformen er meget agil. Du kommer løbende til at arbejde med forskellige kollegaer i forskellige projektteams, alt efter hvad der giver mening for at kunne vidensdele og udvikle bedst mulige løsninger til de eksterne kunders forretningsbehov.

Du kan godt lide, at vidensdeling er både formel og uformel. Du får energi af det tværfaglige samarbejde - og du trives med, at der af og til er ret tomt på kontoret, fordi mange af dine kollegaer er ude hos kunder eller besøger andre kollegaer i udlandet. Det sker, at du også selv er ude af huset, hvilket giver dig fornyet inspiration.

Når du ikke arbejder, tager du en velfortjent pause. Du drikker en god kop kaffe, tager en snak over bordet med en kollega eller går en tur. Du kan også deltage i de mange sociale arrangementer som f.eks. den årlige Kick Off’s, sportsaktiviteter, fredagsbarer, Tech-talks, hattedag og mange andre sjove tiltag. Du kommer helt sikkert til at trives:-)
